Pavilion reservations are for a 4-hour period with a 15 minute clean up time at the end. (Noon – 3:45 PM OR 4:00 – 7:45 PM). The fee allows a member the exclusive use of the pavilion area for the date and time chosen and common use of the pool facilities for party participants.
The maximum occupancy for the large pavilion is 50 people, the small pavilion is 20.
Please provide the front desk with the names of all party participants prior to arrival using this form. A guest fee is required for all non-member participants. Any party with more than 20 participants will be invoiced an additional $100 cost for guard coverage.
